VILLAGE OF CORRALES POLICE DEPARTMENT
Animal Control Officer
The Village of Corrales is accepting applications for the position of Animal Control Officer. The position is a temporary full-time position. Starting salary $12.00 hour.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess or be able to obtain by the time of hire, a valid NM State driver's license without record of suspension or revocation in any State; no felony convictions or disqualifying criminal histories within the past seven years; must be able to read and write the English language; must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; ability to organize and develop partnerships with citizens and business community, identify animal control problems and solve them with community input and participation. Conduct presentations on various animal control subjects in municipal court, to citizens, government officials and department employees.
