Request for Proposals
Request for Proposals (RFP) involve situations where the award cannot be made on lowest price alone. Proposals are primarily for services, or include services, and a scope of services is provided by the Village of Corrales. Responses are evaluated by a committee with a predetermined evaluation criteria that encompasses more than price and allows for evaluation of proposals best accomplishing the scope of services.
VILLAGE OF CORRALES LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS No. 11-07 Photovoltaic (PV) Project
Proposals will be received by the Village of Corrales and shall be delivered to the Village of Corrales Clerk’s Office, 4324 Corrales Road Corrales New Mexico 87048 no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 19, 2011. Any proposal received after this deadline will not be considered. This proposal is for the purpose of procuring professional services for the following:
PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) PROJECT
The Village of Corrales is requesting competitive sealed request for proposals (RFP) for designing, financing and installing a PV system that can produce a minimum of 90 KW (total for all locations). The system will be located at various locations in the Village of Corrales: 4324 Corrales RD (Village Hall), 4324 Corrales Rd (Senior Center), 4920 Corrales Rd (Main Fire Station), 84 La Entrada (Public Library).
The proponent's attention is directed to the fact that all applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over said item shall apply to the proposal throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the proposal document the same as though herein written out in full.

Proposals may be held for twenty (20) days subject to action by the Village of Corrales. The Village of Corrales reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole.
