Request for Proposals (RFP) involve situations where the award cannot be made on lowest price alone. Proposals are primarily for services, or include services, and a scope of services is provided by the Village of Corrales. Responses are evaluated by a committee with a predetermined evaluation criteria that encompasses more than price and allows for evaluation of proposals best accomplishing the scope of services.

Request For Proposals for construction of a Skate Park Submittal deadline 15 February 2008, 4:00pm. - Winning proposal was awarded to Spohn Ranch. 15131 Clark Ave. City of Industry, CA 91745. Award was approved on 26 February 2008.

PHONE SYSTEM EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

The Village of Corrales is requesting sealed proposals for a phone system installation and maintenance and service agreement for a busy municipal office.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Village of Corrales, a New Mexico municipal corporation located in Sandoval County, New Mexico, seeks proposals from qualified and responsible offerors to replace current phone system,and provide a maintenace and service at 4324 Corrales Road, Corrales, New Mexico. The successful offeror will provide the equipment and installation and training as required.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Firms submitting proposals shall have the capabilities to render emergency services in a timely manner, be able to repair equipment in a reasonable time frame, and to include the following:
1.) Installation of cabling for phone and data in the Municipal Complex
2.) Installation of equipment
3.) T-1 service, voice and data
4.) Implementation and turn-up
5.) Training for Administrator and Basic users
6.) Maintenance and Service agreements for a period of four years

Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., May 23, 2008. If necessary, walk-thru of the Village sites will be scheduled before the proposal deadline.

The Village’s decision to reject a submitted proposal is final and not subject to appeal.
