Public comment is only allowed during the Corraleños forum or on specific agenda items (such as consideration of ordinance changes) during the meeting. The Corraleños forum is a section for residents to bring up concerns or topics not already on the agenda for that meeting, and no interaction can be held between residents and the council. Zoom participants who have not signed up ahead of time will not be called on to speak during the meeting when they use the "hand raised" icon.
If you would like to sign up to speak during the Corraleños forum or on a specific agenda item, please call the Village Clerk at 505-897-0502 ext. 208 before 12 PM the day of the meeting. If you are attending the meeting in person, you can sign up to speak on the sign up sheet at the door. You must sign up before the meeting begins at 6:30 PM. Agenda items open for public comment will be listed on the sign up sheet, so if you want to address a specific agenda item, please put your name under the correct section of the sheet.
