Welcome to Corrales Fitness Gym!

Located at 500 Jones Road, Corrales, NM 87048, within the Village of Corrales Parks and Recreation Department, Corrales Fitness Gym offers a welcoming environment for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're just getting started or have years of training experience, we're here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Trainer's Corner Workshop

Trainer's Corner Workshop is our educational fitness workshop led by a certified personal trainer. Offered multiple times each month, these sessions are designed to help participants build confidence and knowledge in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Topics may include:

  • How to get started with a workout program
  • Proper exercise technique and form
  • Understanding strength training and cardiovascular exercise
  • Equipment orientation and gym navigation
  • Nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Goal setting and fitness planning
  • Open question-and-answer discussions

Trainer's Corner Workshop is open to both members and non-members and is ideal for beginners as well as those looking to expand their fitness knowledge.

New to Fitness?

Corrales Fitness Gym is designed to be a comfortable, supportive place to learn and grow. Whether you're looking to improve your health, build strength, increase mobility, lose weight, or simply become more active, our staff is here to help.

Trainer's Corner Workshop is a great place to start. Participants can learn how to safely use equipment, understand exercise fundamentals, ask questions, and gain confidence in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Cameron Barnes, our certified personal trainer and Fitness Director, is available to assist members with equipment usage, exercise guidance, workout programming, and general fitness questions.

Basic Fitness & SilverSneakers Memberships

Complimentary Trainer's Corner Workshop

Attend one Trainer's Corner Workshop at no additional cost. Workshops are offered multiple times each month and cover exercise fundamentals, equipment orientation, fitness education, and participant questions.

One Initial Personal Training Session (60 Minutes)

Meet one-on-one with our trainer to:

  • Discuss your goals
  • Assess your current fitness level
  • Identify barriers and challenges
  • Develop a personalized starting program

Ongoing Trainer Support

Members are encouraged to ask questions regarding exercise technique, equipment usage, workout programming, and general fitness topics whenever assistance is available.


Elite Monthly & Annual Memberships

Complimentary Trainer's Corner Workshop

Attend one Trainer's Corner Workshop at no additional cost.

Enhanced Fitness Support

Elite members receive additional guidance and accountability throughout their fitness journey, including:

  • Ongoing workout program updates
  • Progress tracking and goal reviews
  • Exercise technique coaching
  • Priority access to Fitness Director guidance and support

One Personal Training Session Per Month

Choose either:

  • One 60-minute session, or
  • Two 30-minute sessions

Sessions include:

  • Progress evaluations
  • Program updates
  • Technique coaching
  • Accountability and support

Guest Privileges

One guest pass per week, valid Monday through Friday.
